They are sold as a pair.

On one of the boxes you have a 33 liter fully insulated esky with drain plugs and marine grade Teflon lid, on the other box you have a 30 liter live bait tank with all the pluming, pumps, ball valves, hoses, marine grade Teflon lid, and all fittings that are needed to re circulate the water in the live bait tank.

These seat boxes also have lights fitted to them so you can see what you have in your esky, your live bait tank, or your storage compartments at night, there is ample storage with a quality  marine grade access hatch in the front section of the seat boxes for your tackle box or whatever you want to utilize the space for. These seat boxes are of fiberglass construction

The live bait tank also has an AUTO TIMER this means that when you set the switch to auto, the pump will circulate the water for 35 seconds, and then it will shut down for 3 minutes, it will then automatically start to re circulate the water again for 35 seconds it will keep on repeating the process for as long as the pump is in auto mode, there is also a manual mode to it. Switching to manual mode means that the pump will circulate water continuously till manual mode is switched off. The pump is tested to draw (31.5 L/M approx) at a current draw of 1.4 amp. So with the pump in auto mode half the water capacity in your live bait tank will be re circulated every 3 minutes .

By fitting these seat boxes to your boat you eliminate the need for an esky or a bulky tackle box there for more room on deck .The seat boxes all have quality marine grade hardware as in hinges, lift rings.

The boxes come with a stainless steel base and post to fit your existing seats.

Andrews Useful Guide To Keep To If Purchasing Small Fishing Boats

March 9th, 2010

For your ver first boat, we encourage you to think about a smaller boat than you currently anticipate purchasing - principally be certain you buy a late model boat.

Even if you’ve got to spend slightly more than what you planned, your total cost of ownership (TCO) will be less if you buy a brand new boat or at least a high-quality boat that’s less than four years old. Believe us, you’ll be much happier spending an extra $10,000 (spread over ten years which may be solely an extra $100/month) if it suggests that you don’t need to go through the problem of trying to sell the boat in a couple of years along with a heavily eroded engine or hull – then you have to start all over once more!  Locate small fishing boats here.

Your best bet is to start smaller than you intended to, plus work your way up when enjoying your first boat for a few years. It is sad when you initially come to the realization that you may have to buy a smaller or less “fancy” boat than you had planned on buying.

Additional benefits are:You can save cash on gas when buying newer/smaller boat.

A smaller boat can be easier to learn how to drive.

What I found, as I came to the conclusion which I may not be ready to get the ultimate boat of my dreams right now, was that first of all, most people experience the SAME thing. Which means, everybody I speak with at the marina wishes they had a much bigger, faster or other boat than they currently enjoy.

Second, by looking at the used boat classifieds plus seeing the same boats for sale at boat dealerships over and over again, I came to find the fact that if you get a large boat that turns out to be a lemon, you can get stuck with it for a terribly long time – it’ll take longer to sell than a higher quality boat.

Third, because of better plus better designs each year, you’ll be shocked at how much more living space a brand new 24 foot express cruiser can have compared to a ten year ancient 27 foot express cruiser.

That is right, a “smaller” boat in description built ten years later can probably have a much bigger beam (that means it’ll be wider), plus nearly certainly will be designed to offer you added room to move around in the cabin. But wait - you believe it sounds cooler to say you have a 27 ft boat engineered ten years ago instead of a 24 ft boat built last year? Think once more - I will be out on the water in my uncool twenty-four foot, two year old boat, whereas your very cool, twenty-seven foot, 11 year old boat is in repair again.
